I had an excellent experience at the clinic. The only thing I found difficult was the lack of appointments. I had to wait 3 hours to be seen, but I was kept informed about my place in the queue, and the reception staff was patient enough to explain why the clinic works on a walk in basis. Despite the wait, I received great care and service and would return if I need related care.

I was a patient of this cleanic few months ago, but I was feeling completely ignored by the stuff, they gave me the worst treatment as they could so now after few months and after private treatment I still have problem because of wrong help at the beginning. They didn't investigate my problem properly just they gave me lots of antibiotics. Even my GP was shocked and she told me to stop use all these medicines.

I have been to many of the sexual health centres in London and I have to say that this is the best one. The staff are friendly and neutral (none judgementl) the nurses are excellent at what they do. The sunday opening is a gift to me as a busy self employed person it's not easy to go to a clinic week days! Thanks to all at Burrell Street

I had to write a review about how good this clinic was. I know sexual health clinics get a bad rep, long waiting times, rude staff and so on, but this was nothing like I expected. Admittedly the reception staff weren't very friendly but the lady that dealt with my query informed me that there was only one person ahead of me in my respective queue and that it could be about a 30 min wait but it was much shorter. The thing that made this visit great was the nurse who dealt with me. Possibly one of the nicest nurses I have ever encountered. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I wasn't just a number or made to feel rushed. It seemed as if she actually loved her job which can be a rarity. I didn't get her name but she was a lovely nurse and made the whole process less terrifying. If you read this I'm sure you will know who I am, I was the one who desperately needed the lucozade and was worried about getting back to work on time. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful you were :)

Absolutely wonderful staff, who are friendly and approachable. The clinic is extremely clean and very well organised. A slightly long wait, but you're kept up-to-date and can go explore the area as you'll be texted when you're up. Have been a couple of times and will keep coming back!

Every time I have come here the staff have been superb. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. All I can hope for, for everyone, is that places like this become available across the UK.
